Accepting my natural beauty

Here's a no makeup selfie. For a long time now I've been struggling to accept myself. Self love is a hard thing to master, I've definitely found it difficult to ignore the criticism that's been thrown my way and even harder still to accept the compliments that I'm being paid. I'm trying to get my own sense of style and to the the skin that I'm in, in its natural state. I've been doing a lot of research in plus size fashion and watching other plus size bloggers has definitely helped me shape my sense of beauty into a more positive perspective. I'm sure this is the only the first of many selfies I'll be posting so I thought why not start out fresh and clean and with a little silliness thrown in.

First post jitters

Alright, here we go. The start of something new. This year I promised myself I was going to only to things that push my life a good direction. Four months in and I can not be happier with that decision.
